ENGLAND have announced their squad for the World Cup!
SIXTEENS LIONS have been invited to rip up Rome in September. It's an impressive looking pride of lions that have been assigned the maul, and when they start flicking for the flag near the fall, there will be an optimistic vibe in the mediterranean air. Darren Clark's courageous, yet loveable army, offer not only high end table football ability, good enough to grace any green, but charisma and off-the-chart enthusiasm unrivalled.
There is an embarrassment of riches in the OPEN TEAM.
England's best of the best make for an intoxicating cocktail of winning ingredients straight off the top shelf.
The VETERANS are very much in form, too.
Aaron Skinner has been buying brasso in bulk of late, to polish all the silverware he's been winning in WASPA events.
Two of the most exciting prospects representing England in Rome, will be Ruby Matthews and Finley Skinner in the Under 16 category. Both have been incredibly successful against seasoned players in WASPA tournaments, and are making rapid progress. Gage Badger will fly the flag in the Under 20 category. Alex Scott will team up to make four. Not many U20's can say they've represented their country at anything. Congratulations to Ruby, Finley, Gage and Alex!
