The ESA English Championship Circuit is a series of 6 tournament events across England where players compete and receive points based on placing to decide England’s best players. This circuit will be used to determine: The English National Champion,  English Masters event Roster (The Top 10 will automatically qualify) And will be Also used for England Team selection considerations.

This season will have a series of 6 events spread across England, at each event points will be allocated based on finishing positions. At the end of the season a player’s best 3 events will count in the final Championship table. below are this seasons event dates and host clubs 

​

•  Round 1 - 19th October 2025 - South West - Bristol

•  Round 2 - 30th November 2025 - South East - Kent Invicta

•  Round 3 - 18th January 2026 - Midlands - Pedmore

•  Round 4 - 15th February 2026 - Midlands - Godiva

•  Round 5 - 15th March 2026 - South - Solent

•  Round 6 - 18th April 2026 - East - Stanway Rovers

 

Players can only enter English Championship events if they are a current registered ESA member. Players who belong to a Non-English MNA and are ESA members can enter all events. other English Subbuteo players who are not ESA members will be allowed to play in a ‘trial’ event. If they want to play in a second event they must join the ESA.

Each event’s tournament structure will follow that which is detailed in the FISTF Tournament Organiser’s Handbook. This means that players will be drawn into groups of 4, though some groups may have 3 or 5 players depending on entries.
